Please both eProphet and the mobile device are connected to the internet before continuing.

Select the Inventory > Main > Send/Receive Device Stocktake in eProphet.

Select the Stocktake Date and Stocktake Type to be performed.

Select Upload.

Verify the stocktake date and type in the stocktake details list below are correct upon successful completion of the upload.

Make a note of the corresponding stocktake PIN that is now generated for this stocktake, this will need to be entered on the mobile device when it is downloaded.

Launch the eProphet app on the mobile device to be used to perform the stocktake.

Select the Stocktake option from the main menu.

Select the Download Stocktake Data option.

Enter the stocktake PIN for the stocktake to be performed generated earlier.

Select OK to confirm the stocktake PIN.

If the stocktake PIN is valid then stocktake data from the eProphet BOS will be loaded onto your mobile device ready to perform a stocktake.

This will include any previous counts that have been previously uploaded to the eProphet BOS by this or other mobile devices thus far.
