Confirm the stocktake date and type is correct before continuing.

If either of these details are correct then a new stocktake needs to be exported to the mobile device.

Select the stocktake location to be stocktaked from the location list.

A red question mark will appear beside incomplete locations, a green tick beside locations that are complete.

Select the item to be stocktaked from the item list for this location.

A red question mark will appear beside items that have not been stocktaked, a green tick beside items that have been stocktaked.

The outer, inner and individual count units for this item are displayed. Select the appropriate count field to updated.

Enter a value for the selected count unit using the keypad provided and check the calculated total below.

As an alternative to entering a value, you can select the Calculator option to the right of each count unit to launch a count calculator.

Enter the calculation to be made using the keypad provided.

Select OK to return the calculated value back to the relevant count field for this item.

Enable the NIL setting if this item no longer exists and should be marked for removal from this stocktake location.

Select the backwards or forwards options to navigate between items.

A green title for an item indicates it has been stocktaked or has been marked as a NIL item.

Select the OK or the back option to return to the item list for this location or the location list.

You can select the Home option to return to the main menu at anytime.

Should you return to the main menu or have to restart your device, a stocktake in progress can be resumed by selected the Resume Stocktake option from the Stocktake menu.
