Select the Main sub menu. |
Select the Maintain Employees option. |
Select the required employee from the list on the left. |
Select the Edit option in the toolbar. |
Select the Sundry tab. |
Select Add Row in the Award Leave Adjustments list. |
Select the Leave Type and enter a value for the Extra Days Per Year in the Award Leave Adjustments grid. Five (5) days represents one additional week. |
Select the Save option in the toolbar |
