Setting up additional leave accrual for an employee

Select the Main sub menu.

Select the Maintain Employees option.

Select the required employee from the list  on the left.

Select the Edit option in the toolbar.

Select the Sundry tab.

Select Add Row in the Award Leave Adjustments list.

Select the Leave Type and enter a value for the Extra Days Per Year in the Award Leave Adjustments grid. Five (5) days represents one additional week.

Select the Save option in the toolbar
