Select the Main sub menu. |
Select the Maintain Employees option. |
Select the required employee from the list on the left. |
Select the Edit option in the toolbar. |
Select the Sundry tab. |
Select Add Row in the Employee Traineeship Details list. |
Select the Certificate type and enter a Start Date and End Date for the new row in the Employee Traineeship Details grid. |
Select the Save option in the toolbar |
