Please ensure your system is connected to the internet before continuing. |
Select the Main sub menu. |
Select the Maintain Employees option. |
Select Email all active employees with an email address in the Tools menu if you would like to email all employees with pay history this financial year (this will include terminated employees). Or select Email all active & current employees with an email address in the Tools menu if you would like to email all employees with pay history this financial year that are not terminated. |
Tick the employees to send the email to. |
Use the Select All or Select None options on the left to speed up selection. |
Alternatively, instead of selecting employees, you may email a specific address by ticking the Manually Enter Email Address option and entering an email address in the Recipient field. |
Enter the email details in the Subject and Body fields. |
Select the attachment button to attach a file to the email. |
When the email is ready, select the Send Emails button. |
A confirmation window will be displayed when the email send is complete, select OK to complete the process. |
