Emailing payment summaries

Please ensure your system is connected to the internet before continuing.

Select the Year End sub menu.

Select the Email Payment Summaries option.

In the Employee Options section, select the All Employees option to email all employees with payment summaries for the current year. Alternatively you may select the Select Employees option and manually tick the employees you wish to email in the Employee List.

In the Email Options section, select the Email NOT Sent option to email all select employees that have not been sent a payment summary already. Alternatively you may select the Email Sent option to email all selected employees that have already been sent a payment summary.

Select the Send Emails option when you are ready to continue.

sendEmails

Any employees who do not have an email address will need to be mailed their payment summary. These will be archived as printable reports.
