Select the Setup sub menu.

Select the Superfunds option.

Select the New option in the toolbar.

Enter a two character Code and ABN for the super fund.

Select the Search for Fund button.

Select the super fund product from the list provided.

Select the Add Selected Product Details button.

The Product Name, USI (Unique Super Identifier) and SPIN (Superannuation Product Identification Number) will now be automatically filled in based on your fund selection.

Enter the ABN, Contact Phone, Employer Code (the employer superannuation policy identifier), Employer Name, Export Type (the format of file to export for importing into your super fund) and the Export File (the name of the export file).

Enter the ESA only if you have ticked the Self Managed Super Fund? option.

If using a clearing house, each super fund should be set to use an Export Type of SuperStream alternative file format.

This will be deactivated for all other funds using the clearing house, however any super funds not included in the clearing house can reactivate this option by ticking the Exclude from Default Fund Export option.

Select the Save option in the toolbar.
