If a stocktake is to be started again with zeroed counts then this scenario can be resolved via the steps below.
Select the Settings option from the main menu. |
Select the Clear Current Stocktake option from the main menu. |
Select Clear at the confirmation prompt to proceed. |
Select OK at the confirmation prompt to complete the process. |
