In the initial stages of setting up new systems for any new Restaurant group, ABCOM can provide an automated POS communications routine. This performs the necessary functions avoiding any need to manually key in any POS data into the Abcom systems.
Often a POS manufacturer offers their own interface routine to perform such tasks. This will normally take place when the interface is to be used internally - for example between Restaurants & Head office. A Restaurant Group may select such an offering if they do not have an IT department.
A good example is automatic data interchange between one IT company (POS Provider) and another (Abcom).
