In the last 5 years Abcom has formalised its development process to the Microsoft Solutions Framework methodology. This is a framework for ensuring software development is managed and assessed according to industry best practices and benchmarks to deliver real business value. • Providing technical writing, user help documentation and technical design documentation for new and existing IT projects. Abcom has offered documentation services to many clients to provide self-paced user training materials for existing systems that have experienced low user take up. Technical system documentation has often been provided for third party software where such documentation was never created correctly in the first place and has produced a bottleneck scenario regarding updating or replacing that IT solution.
